Cleanroom-Grade Vinyl is low-out-gassing. Static-Dissipative Vinyl adds permanent built-in static inhibitors that, unlike topical treatments, will not wear off. Tests performed per ASTM D257 show surface resistivity of 1.8 x 1010 ohms/sq. Sirus also offers Cleanroom panels made from static-dissipative polyurethane that provides permanent, humidity-independent ESD protection from sensitive manufacturing conditions. It contains no plasticizer, making it virtually non-out-gassing.
