General
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed with the Sirus Microtech Ltd.
Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any
dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of
England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed
to affect your statutory rights.
By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
1] All non-account customers prepay. Sirus accepts credit card payments.

All account customers, strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. [Late Payment
of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002. – The Regulations came into force on the 7th August 2002: 1) Interest charged at the
annual rate of 12% for each day your invoices are overdue. 2) Compensation charge if an invoice is
overdue by as little as one single day. 3) We reserve the right to exercise our
statutory rights under these regulations] 4] No contradiction to these payment terms can be imposed upon Sirus by purchasers own terms and conditions, in placing an order the buyer agrees to these payment terms implicitly.
3] Quote valid for 30 days.
4] All prices in £'s (pounds sterling) unless otherwise stated.
5] All prices quoted are ex-works Taunton UK unless otherwise stated.
6] Lead times quoted are from receipt of confirmed order and signed off drawings, or payment where required.
7] Orders that have been processed by Sirus can not be canceled or returned except on terms that compensate Sirus for work performed and expenses incurred.
8] Custom manufactured items cannot be returned.
9] Should Sirus commence any proceedings to enforce terms of this agreement, the customer shall pay all reasonable Solicitors fees and costs.
10] title does not pass to customer until goods have been paid for in full
11]Sirus does not guarantee the suitability of Sirus supplied equipment for your specific application, only that it will perform to the specifications documented on our web site or included in quotations, NOT including oral instructions or other requirements not listed.
Orders
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online
transaction , post, fax or through
any of our stores. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to
validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of
your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for
any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be
accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the
registered cardholder.
Delivery
Please note we only dispatch to the UK. Some islands, the Highlands of
Scotland and Northern Island usually attract a higher charge for
delivery from our carrier. If you live in these areas place your order
as normal and we will contact you with information of costs before
processing. If you are outside of the UK, please call our office on

to process an order or enquiry.
We aim to dispatch your order by the quoted delivery date, all
deliveries will need to be signed for. If you would like to request
urgent dispatch (at extra cost) please contact us for further
information. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that
we are unable to supply your goods within the delivery schedule, we will inform
you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
Outstanding orders / items can not be cancelled. In the event
of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of
items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered
by you, then such details must be notified by you to us in writing within seven
working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the
customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We
cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late
delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from
Sirus Microtech and are proud of the quality, range and advice that
we
offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided
not to keep it, please contact the office for details. items incorrectly order may be subjected to returns/restocking fee. Products must be returned undamaged and in original packaging
and labels within 28 days. We will then exchange or refund the cost of
the item(s). All goods must be in a new and unused condition together
with a copy of your original receipt. We recommend that all items
returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a
minimum. Your local Post Office or shipper will be able to advise.

Products, Prices & Content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Sirus Microtech Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
