Hardwall Clean Rooms
Modular hardwall clean rooms provide a rigid and durable room within a room. Most rooms are free standing, larger rooms may require additional external support. The room structure is fabricated from high quality aluminium extrusion. This permits infinite variations in both size and complexity of room configuration. Rooms frames are simply fixed together using an Allen key enabling fast on site construction keeping costs down. Panels are available in a range of materials of differing thickness and transparency depending application.

Machine enclosures under construction
Cleanliness classifications to any International specifications can be accomplished. Fan Filter units provide HEPA or ULPA filtered air. Lighting can be either fully recessed or teardrop in design.
