An economical controlled processing environment for a wide range of manufacturing and testing operations.

Available in five materials: acrylic, static-dissipative PVC, non-dissipative PVC, polypropylene and polycarbonate.

Optional gas purge controls automatically

Establishes a class 1 particle free environment.
Maintains a humidity set point down to 0% RH.
Maintain a O2 set point down to ppm range.

These economical vacuum glove boxes are designed for degassing operations, chemical mixing, biological tests, and other processes requiring sustained negative pressure.

Series 600 stainless steel glove box

Polycarbonate or Safety Glass front window allows full view of processing operations.

Standard system measures 37.5"W x 29"D (24"D at top) x 39"H and includes an externally mounted fluorescent illuminator and dual 8" flanges for gloves (order gloves separately). Select desired front window material; remainder of glove box is 304 stainless steel.

Mail room Glove boxes

Mail is loaded into the box through the two 16" x 16" stainless steel-framed side doors, the doors are closed and the operator sorts/opens the mail. If all goes well, the doors are opened and the mail is extracted. If anything unusual is found, the hands are removed, the box remains sealed with all contents, and the appropriate authorities are called. Batch Processing units are offered in one-operator and two-operator sizes.
