Our cleanrooms are of a complete Modular design, They can be easily modified to suit your changing requirements. The room can be enlarged, reduced or altered in shape very simply, they can even be dis-assembled and re-erected anywhere in the world. Sirus provides complete construction employing our own trained installers or we can train your technicians, so that you can carry out these alterations yourself.
Upon completions we can provide a veriety of testing services to ISO and cGMP standards.

Project management
From your first contact we provide advice and help you determine exactly what your requirements might be to enable you to manufacture your product completely meeting its specifications. We understand that the needs of your project may change during construction; we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate these modifications as they arise. Our system of construction allows for changes during build to allow for unforeseen requirements. With many other types of cleanrooms, this can result in costly redesigns.
At the start an appointed member of our project management team will be with you all the way to make sure that all your requirements are correctly interpreted and fully met.
Our experienced design engineers carefully listen to your project specifications and then make recommendations on how these requirements can be totally fulfilled. Our experience in clean room construction enables us to offer you an end product which will fully match your criteria.
Computer aided design is employed to ensure that your design requirements are correctly interpreted. Modern computer 3D visualisations can be modified and used to project a clear image of what your finished clean room might look like.
Clients can fully inspect and approve these CAD drawings before the project is released for manufacture.
We manage all elements of construction from preparation of the floor through build to completion and sign off. We use our own trained construction team, who are familiar with all aspects of health and safety on site. Many cleanroom projects require HVAC, heating, ventilation and air conditioning either as an operating condition which is project driven or for operator comfort.
Our HVAC specialists can provide a closed loop system to meet most industrial requirements. Both temperature and humidity can be automatically controlled to meet your specifications.

We realize how important completion dates are to our customers. We understand that your cleanroom has been purchased to manufacture a product and that you also have made delivery promises for your products to your customers. At the start of the project we provide you with a design, delivery, build and completion time frame schedules. Together we mark off stage milestones until the project is complete.
If your time scale changes, we have the flexibility to change to meet your new time plan.
Machine enclosures or mini-environments provide a small contained space around a machine or complex piece of equipment. They can be supplied with clean processed air and operate completely independently from surrounding enivironments.
